At Calibre Menswear, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-priced items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
